•  My order has been canceled. When will I get my refund?
             If your paid order has been cancelled, your payment will be refunded to your account. This normally takes about 3 to 20 working days.

 

  • The payment has been deducted from my account more than once. What can I do?
             You don’t need to do anything. Duplicate payments will be automatically refunded. This may take about 3-20 working days, depending on the payment method you used.

   

  • I got an error message during the payment process. What should I do?
              If you got an error message on our website, please check your order status. Because we process a lot of payments at the same time, it might take a while before the order status is updated. We hope we can count on your patience and understanding.

   

  •  I clicked Buy Now, but received an error message saying that there was an internet connection problem. What can I do?
              If you cannot make order in shopping cart, you can change another browser or clear the cookies first, and try it later.

Also you can go to the product detail page and click Buy Now to place order separately. 

 

  •  I have not received my order. What can I do?

               If you haven’t received your order, please try the below method to solve the problem:

               You can contact us via email and track your order with the tracking number given by an order confirmation email.

  •  The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?

                If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact us to agree on a solution.

  • I have not received my refund on my credit card yet. What can I do?

                If you paid with a credit card, the money will be refunded to your card. It usually takes around 3-15 business days for the money to arrive.

                If the refund process is marked "complete" but it looks like you did not get your money back yet, please check your bank account first. Some refunds are booked on the date of the purchase. 

                If after carefully checking your bank statement, you still cannot find your refund, please contact us.

                Note:

  1. The bank statement should have an official stamp.
  2. Please provide a bank statement from 2 days before the purchase date until 10 business days after the (completed) refund date. For example, if you paid for an order on November 11 and your refund was completed on November 24, please send us the bank statement that shows payments from November 9 - December 8.
  3. Mark the purchase of the specific order in your bank statement so that it easy for us to find.

  • How do I get discounts?
                  In the pop-up window when you are visiting our store, you can see the discount code we offers.  

 

  • How do I use a discount code?

                  When you place your order, you can use your discount code to get a discount. In other words, during checkout, you can enter this discount code and the respective discount will be applied to your order.

                   When using your discount code, please pay attention to the following: 
                   a. The minimum spend

                   Are you meeting the minimum spending requirement? If not, you could choose add more products to your cart. 


                   b. The validity period

                   Is your discount code still valid? If the discount code has already expired or isn’t active yet, you can’t use it on your order. 

 

  • How do I get a discount back?
                   Please note that if you receive a full refund on an order used with our discount code, the discount code will not be returned to you. 

 

  •  Can I change order details such as size, shipping etc.?
                    Unfortunately, order details cannot be revised after an order has been placed successfully.

                  If you want to change anything about your order, you can try the following:
  1. Ask us to cancel your order. Once your order has been successfully canceled, you can place a new order.
  2. If your order has not been shipped out yet, you can contact us to change the order details for you.
